Covid Guidelines

Covid - 19 precautions for EarpFest. These can be changed at any time so please check back often.

All attendees aged 18 and over will be required to provide evidence of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 during registration. This can be via the NHS Covid Passport, the NHS vaccine certificate, or their own national vaccine passport for any international attendees.

Those aged 5 and over who are not fully vaccinated are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within the 24 hours prior to the event's start.

* We ask that all attendees take a rapid lateral flow COVID-19 test within the 24 hours prior to the event's start.

* If you feel unwell and or present any symptoms synonymous with COVID-19 we request that you DO NOT attend the event.

* Face Masks must be worn by all attendees whilst in our convention spaces. If you have a medical exemption please email (info@earpfest.com) prior to the event.

* The talent has the final say regarding masking while interacting with them and reserve the right to refuse interactions with those who do not meet their minimum requirements. The talent may allow unmasked interactions at their discretion.

* The venue will carry out a general clean of the function rooms when not in use.

* Hand sanitiser stations will be available throughout the venue for the use of attendees and staff.
