Well, we asked and you answered. Payment by instalments for entry tickets was an overwhelmingly popular option amongst you all, so we are pleased to say that you will be able to buy your passes in two instalments.  

Starting from 12pm GMT on Saturday 1 February 2020 you will be able to go onto our ticket site: https://fixr.co/event/876614405 and select an instalment plan for the ticket type you want. 

Please note that a limited number of tickets are available to be purchased by instalments.

Here’s how it works:

  1. We have a dedicated FIXR, which will display each of the three remaining ticket types as a two-payment scheme.

  2. Choose the ticket type you wish to purchase. You MUST complete your instalment plan for this ticket type and cannot switch to a new tier, so choose carefully. To gain entry to our event you must demonstrate that you have made both payments as required.

  3. When you know which ticket type you wish to buy, look for the option that has the name of the pass followed by ‘Instalment 1’. Use FIXR to purchase the ticket. You will receive an electronic ticket that states it is the first instalment.

  4. Please ensure that, when making the purchase, you check your details carefully. Use an email address that you check regularly in case we need to contact you at any time.

  5. You will then have 28 days to finish paying for your pass, but can pay sooner if you wish. To do this, go onto FIXR and find the name of the pass you are purchasing. Choose ‘Instalment 2’ and purchase the ticket. You will receive an electronic ticket that states it is the second instalment.

  6. You will need to show that you have paid both instalments to gain entry to the convention, and the name on both tickets MUST MATCH

  7. You will have until 4 May 2020 to make the first instalment payment.

  8. Both instalment payments are NON-REFUNDABLE even if you do not complete the instalment plan.

  9. If you have any problems paying the second instalment within 28 days ensure that you contact us IMMEDIATELY by email or on Twitter. We understand that life happens and we are here to help.
