Well, it’s already March 2021 and time has passed by more quickly than we would have liked. Last April, we brought you news of our
2020 postponement, and told you with great hope in our hearts that we would aim to bring our attendees together in Glasgow
in July 2021.
Since then, it has been a rollercoaster of a year and we know Earpers, including those of us on Team EarpFest, have really felt the impact of
this ongoing pandemic.
So it will likely come as no surprise to many of you that we have once again taken the decision to postpone our live event to 2022. While we are deeply disappointed to be bringing you this news, we do not regret making a decision that places the highest possible priority on the safety and wellbeing of both our guests and our cherished community of Earpers.
We know that for many this will be something you have anticipated. Once again, we have approached this decision with all the seriousness
it requires. While things have progressed since last year, we are conscious that vaccine rollouts take time, and many jurisdictions understandably
ask anyone who travels to complete mandatory periods of self-isolation. These factors, coupled with the way the pandemic has caused serious
changes in people’s personal, professional, and financial spheres, mean that we do not feel it is responsible to proceed with an event in July 2021.
We understand that this will raise many questions for those of you who have made room reservations with the Glasgow Marriott.
We will bring you all the information we can about our venue as soon as we have it. We are in contact with the Marriott and finalising details.
Following several team discussions earlier in the week, we have also made the decision to temporarily pause ticket sales to ensure that attendees who
can no longer attend our new dates, when they are finalised, have a window of time to re-sell their passes. We will include full details
how we will assist in helping advertise tickets for resale once we have confirmed our new dates for 2022.
Should you have any further questions about our ticketing policies, we politely ask that you look in the first instance at
The past year has brought about challenges none of our team could ever have anticipated, but we remain committed to our vision of facilitating a fun, safe, and inclusive Wynonna Earp event.
We thank you all for your continued patience and support, and want, as ever, to send you all our love and very best wishes.
Please, take care and stay safe.
You matter a great deal to all of us here at Team EarpFest.
And finally, we hope there is still some excitement and fun to be had in 2021.
