Preference Form Info

We will shortly be sending out preference forms to those who have included extras in their

entrance ticket.

Please make sure your email is correct on FIXR/Eventix as we will use them to send the form to you.

Make sure you check all folders in your email, including junk email.

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY EXTRAS?

You will be sent a preference form via google forms to the email you used to purchase tickets. You will be required to fill in and send back within the specified dates.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT MY PREFERENCES?

We will send a reminder to you if we haven’t received your form near to the submission date, if we don’t receive a response once the date has passed we will automatically assign those extras to you based on guest availability.

CAN I REQUEST AN EXTENSION TO DEADLINE?

Only for extenuating circumstances. Request will have to be received by us prior to the submission deadline.

WHAT IF I REQUIRE EXTRA ASSISTANCE FILLING IN THE FORM?

We will be holding Zoom drop in sessions to help anyone with questions or assistance filling the form out. You can also contact us via our website EarpFest.com or email Info@earpfest.com for any help.

CAN I CHOOSE THE SAME GUEST AS FIRST CHOICE FOR ALL INCLUDED EXTRAS?

Yes, but will be subject to availability of that guest. You may not choose the same guest as the first, second, third choice etc for the same extra as this will void selection for that extra.

CAN I CHOOSE WHICH DAY OF THE CONVENTION I GET THE EXTRA?

No, the day will automatically be assigned.

WHAT IF I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT AN EXTRA FOR THAT GUEST FOR THE DAY GIVEN TO ME?

When it comes to choosing the day in which you will receive the extra we will check purchase history to see if you already have the same extra for that day and will assign a different day.

WHAT IF I'M NOT AT THE CONVENTION FOR THE DAY GIVEN TO ME?

You must contact us immediately upon confirmation of extra via info@earpfest.com and we can see if we can accommodate a change of day although this is not guaranteed.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I FIND OUT WHO I HAVE GOTTEN MY EXTRAS WITH?

We will email you with your confirmed extras once the submission deadline has passed and we have completed the process of assigning them. We will put out notifications on our social media platforms once we have begun sending confirmation emails.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS FOR THE EXTRAS?

You will receive the tickets for included extras at the convention when you collect your entry pass at registration.

CAN I TRANSFER OR RESELL MY ASSIGNED EXTRA IF I DON’T WANT/NEED IT?

No. extras included in tickets are non-transferable and there is no option to resell.

CAN I GIVE OR SWAP AN ASSIGNED EXTRA WITH A FRIEND?

Yes, but only during the convention weekend as tickets for included extras will only be given when collecting entry pass at registration. 

WHAT IF I RESELL MY ENTRY TICKET WILL THE PERSON WHO PURCHASES MY PASS BE ABLE TO RE-CHOOSE WHICH GUEST TO HAVE THE EXTRAS WITH?

No, once extras are assigned to your ticket they are locked in. However you can advertise which extras are included when reselling.

WHAT IF I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SELLING MY ENTRY TICKET DO I STILL FILL OUT THE PREFERENCE FORM?

Yes, to avoid extras automatically being assigned to your ticket.
